It is a small and thin mushroom of maximum 6cm size. The hat is light brown and has bulkiness in the middle. The foot is long and thin, the same colour of the hat or lighter.
Artisan traditional dish made of cooked pepper, aubergine and onion. In its exact proportion in each can, we get a ready escalivada to be eaten.
It's a very meaty mushroom. The hat looks like a small pillow and has a colour between dark brown and black, the bottom of the hat has small pores, white or yellowish, and it can measure more than 20cm.
