Tasting note:
Beer Ale is unfiltered and therefore cloudy. Made with barley and caramelized wheat malts and two varieties of hops (Northerm Breewer i E.K.Golding).
The cotton grass foam drags some colour.
The thin bubbles are almost imperceptible.
When we smell it, we notice a delicate, subtle and complex aroma at the same time, with ripe fruits, such as peach and even dried figs. We also find burned sugar, bread crust and more...
After a while, a Red Apple aroma sprouts. It is like a tale.
It is a sweet, acid and bitter beer.
Due to the carbonation (gas), we notice a tickle on the tongue.
It has a light body and a cotton grass texture, but it is also astringent.
The nasal backward-looking aromas, the taste, remind of fresh peach, cherries and stick liquorice.
The later taste is long and bitter.
It is a refreshing easy beer drinking.
