Tasting note:
Artisan beer made with barley malt and crude wheat from Osona. It is clean and bright with white spongy foam. It has some fine bubbles almost imperceptible to the eye.
The aroma is intense and long lasting, which reminds of the citrus and green fruits of the field and some notes on spices (clove and pepper).
In general, it is quite complex and pleasant.
The taste is appetising, with a typical acidity of beers that incorporate wheat and a bitterness because of the hops. When we drink it, we notice that it is a light body beer but not thin. The tongue and the palate inform us that it is bitter and astringent. In addition, we notice an intense tickle due to gas.
The nasal backward-looking aromas remind of nose sensations and maybe add some notes liquorice.
It is a long beer; the taste is kept long in the mouth.
We could define it like a beer that evokes the spring with the flowers of fruit trees and the fresh notes that accompany it.
It is good to drink with rice, pasta, spicy dishes (cardamom, ginger, coriander...), with both fish and meat but with a forcefulness not so exaggerated.
