Brewing style: IBERIAN ALE. Lager of high fermentation suited to our country style. With this beer we recover high traditional fermentation of our Iberian ancestors. The recipe includes single malts and hops used in the brewing of great consumption beers like Pilsen (low fermentation) or Lager family.
Tasting note: The sweet taste of Pilsen malt is balanced with the bitterness of the hops and is ideal for passing the thirst. Temperature of consumption between 4ºC and 8ºC: in a low temperature we have the flavours and the bitterness of the hop clearly defined and, moreover, it is very refreshing.

WEIZEN ALE. It is a German-style wheat light beer. It is very refreshing and aromatic with Saaz hop. It recreates the German Weizen or Waiss Beer.
PALE ALE. It is a high fermentation beer in the traditional English style.
STOUT ALE. Dark beer brewed according to the Irish tradition of high fermentation, with four cereals: barley, wheat, oats and rye. It is the world famous style known by the Guiness brand but in its natural state (without filter or pasteurize). It is the so-called Real Ale.
Beer Ale is unfiltered and therefore cloudy. Made with barley and caramelized wheat malts and two varieties of hops (Northerm Breewer i E.K.Golding)
