COMPOSITION: Pasteurized goat's milk, lactic ferments, curd and salt.

CURATION: At least two months.

TEXTURE: Creamy, compact but greasy.

AROMA: Intense and peculiar, typical of blue cheeses.

TASTE: Slightly spicy. This cheese is melt in your mouth.

PRESENTATION: Packed with plastic-wrap.

DIAMETER: 15,5 cm.

HEIGHT: 9 - 10 cm.

WEIGHT: 1,5 - 2 Kg.

CONSERVATION: 4º - 6ºC.

COMBINATION: Sweet white wine. Black Garnatxa.
