What happens if a product arrives damaged?

If one or more products arrive damaged due to transportation, we will send you a new product or we will reimburse you the corresponding amount to your credit card account. Tasting Drops will assume all costs that may cause extra transport, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.

To this effect, please contact us by email to info@tastingdrops.com within a maximum period of 7 working days from the receipt of the order, clearly indicating what the problem or the reason of the return is and attaching a picture of the damaged product. Please note that in order for us to process any refund or change is essential to previously contact us. We will not accept any change or refund if we have not previously received any notification.

NOTE: It is important to verify the state of your purchase immediately after receiving the order and check if there is any damage supposedly caused by the transport you should indicate it in the delivery note when you sign it.
