What if I am not there when I get the package?

In case the carrier tried to deliver the package and there was nobody to receive him/her, the carrier will leave you a delivery attempt validity note. Please contact the travel agency as soon as possible (especially if your order contains fresh products) using the phone number that you will find on the note, in order to agree on a new delivery.
