COMPOSITION: Pasteurized goat's milk, lactic ferments, curd and salt.

CURATION: Three weeks.

TEXTURE: Smooth and creamy.

AROMA: Perfumed due to the herbs.

TASTE: Nice and smooth, harmonized by the multiple flavours of the herbs.

PRESENTATION: Covered crust with a layer of aromatic herbs, which is protected with a micro-perforated and shrink plastic-wrap.
