Tasting notes
It is a high intensity colouring wine, ruby red colour with violet rims. It is bright and with marked tear. It is a high, powerful and penetrating intensity wine. It has an elegant aroma of red fruit forest and fruit poached in syrup. It has marked notes of caramel, chocolate and spices. It is complex and fresh. It has a wide, round and luscious taste. It has good acidity, tenacity, and freshness. It is also powerful and complex. In postnasal it highlights blackberries and cherries with hints of toffee and toasts. It is going to evolve well the next 5 years.
